By 15/08/2019News

London-based What a Load of Rubbish Ltd, company number 06211996, has expressed shock at a court report by the Environment Agency used in the media which has seen people in the waste sector thinking they were involved in illegal activities in Portsmouth.

The Environment Agency this week issued a court report citing individuals, one of who was using a name similar to the London firm, and were fined for illegally dumping waste in Havant, Portsmouth (see letsrecycle.com story).

Speaking to letsrecycle.com today, What a Load of Rubbish Ltd director Saul Dratpin, said: “We are shocked that the Environment Agency has put a press statement out referencing an individual who has been using our registered company name despite having no affiliation or connection with us whatsoever.
